Roadmap: what AEGIS is building next

What is coming, in the order we expect to build it. What runs today is on the state of the platform page. We promise no dates here; the first operator pilot will move the order.

Connecting to your systems

• The first casino management system connector, built with the first operator pilot, so decisions are sized on a property's own ratings and worth.
• A point of sale connector in both directions, a property management connector, and cage and kiosk adapters.
• Vendor specific adapters for human resources systems, on top of the HR feed that exists.
• A connection to your exclusion registry, switched on for production.

Signing in and access

• Sign in through your own identity provider.
• A second factor and step up for sensitive actions.
• Automatic provisioning and removal of users.

Assurance

• An independent penetration test, and a SOC 2 programme with ISO 27001 posture.
• The audit signing key held in a managed key service or hardware module.
• The audit anchor on a separate host from the main database.
• The regulator portal as a separately hardened service.

Staying up

• Automatic off site backups and a rehearsed restore.
• A published capacity figure on stated hardware, and a measured outage time as a visitor sees it.
• Each service on its own host, and alerts forwarded to your monitoring.
• A support offering with defined response times.

Hosts, marketing and premium play

• Delivering a reactivation offer, and the comp behind it, through your own channels, and telling your casino management system about a courtesy extension so that it honours it.
• Posting settled junket, marker, front money and group figures, and the cage journal, to your general ledger.
• Reservations in your property management system for group blocks.

Investigations

• A case file checked against the format a gaming board or a court asks for.

Software agents with a seat

• Agents that hold a seat on the org chart and that a request can be escalated to, for a stricter look before it reaches a person. This is at the design stage. A person would remain the checker on every governed change.

Compliance and privacy

• Counsel review of every jurisdiction value market by market.
• A written policy for how long patron data is kept.
• Certified exports to the filing platforms operators already use. AEGIS remains the governed feeder; filing stays with your filing platform.

The first pilot

We are looking for one property that wants to run the first connector, the first real period close and the first regulator conversation with us. The pilot also gives us the first measurements on a real property's data.
